This year, the International Companion Animal Welfare Conference (ICAWC) is in Nicosia, Cyprus from 3-5 October, 2023.

ICAWC was started by DogsTrust Worldwide and has become one of the world’s leading companion animal welfare conferences. It is a phenomenal opportunity for animal professionals to network, brainstorm together, share ideas and learn the most up-to-date standards from international experts while in a beautiful setting. Click here for  the ICAWC 2023 Program.

Over 3 days of jam-packed workshops, international speakers will talk on topics including:

  • Disaster planning
  • Digital marketing
  • Government relations
  • Practical knowledge
  • Shelter welfare

How did BradyCare prepare for ICAWC?

What did BradyCare do at ICAWC?

To prepare for our trip, our team has been working diligently behind the scenes to prepare. Together we’ve created:

  • An exciting trailer about BradyCare and what we do
  • Our website is now  launched
  • The preview of our “The Bitch Spay” course is up on our website
  • Printed business cards with a QR code linking to the trainer
  • And we wrote lots of blogs 😉

As ICAWC delegates, we are very excited to meet old friends and partners such as Mayhew from London, UK, and Mayhew Georgia in Georgia, Save the Dogs Romania in Romania, Animal Rescue Sofia from Bulgaria, International Cat Care, UK, and  Dogstar Foundation from Sri Lanka. After ICAWC, we will be flying out to Dogstar Foundation’s facility in late October to conduct a workshop.

We also can’t wait to meet and chat with new friends and animal professionals, who like many of you, might have lost that spark and #PassionForCompassion. Who are burned out, overworked, and overwhelmed with life. We understand how you feel, which is why our animal welfare education courses will empower and inspire you and other animal professionals to rediscover your roots and give you the confidence to problem-solve. Thereby reducing and preventing unnecessary animal suffering.
